Rachel Schaal Wilson is a Holden QiGong Certified Teacher. With a background in Physical Therapy in the inpatient rehabilitation setting, she loves movement and enjoys being outside gardening in collaboration with nature. She finds a deep sense of calm and grounded energy through Qi Gong. In sharing this practice, Rachel hopes to foster community that is inclusive and accessible to anyone, exactly as you are in body, heart, and mind within your own life experience.
