Using a dispersant (i.e. rubbing alcohol, withhazel, apple cider vinegar, epsom salts) before adding the chosen essential oils is optional but a nice idea. The dispersant will help the essential oils to mix with the water. Then place 5-10 drops of essential oil/s and swish around with a cotton cloth. Wring out the cloth and place on the affected area. After the cloth cools repeat several times. Basic Cleanser 1/4 cup (2oz.) baby castille soap 1 Tbsp. aloe vera gel 1 Tbsp. hydrosol (i.e. Lavender, Rose, Neroli) 12 drops of essential oil (i.e. 5 drops Tea tree, 3 drops Roman chamomile, 4 drops Lavender) Combine and stir.
